19th December, 2019 School Information Day
The long-awaited Information Day was successfully held on 14th December, 2019 (Saturday).
There were many parents and students attending the four information sessions at the School Hall. They were eager to know about the facilities and programmes that the school offer.
Parents and their children were particularly interested in the four focus learning areas (Art & Fashion Design, Sports Education, Innovative Technology and Health Education) that the school offers. Many were amazed by the state-of-the-art facilities at the school campus including the fashion centre, the multi-purpose stadium and the Maker Lab. Children were excited to learn about all these virtual reality and 3D printing zones that could hardly be seen in other secondary schools.
In addition to the four focus learning areas parents were happy to learn about the unique connection and partnership that we have with the Hong Kong Sports Institute. They were also pleased to know about the special care and attention that we have been giving to students with special learning needs.
Parents and children were satisfied after taking the school tour. Many of them asked immediately after the information session about the admission requirements and procedures.
Overall, it was a fruitful and informative morning to all the parents and children concerned.
