LTFC Hosts Engaging Lecture by Renowned Engineering Expert

On November 10th, students ranging from S2 to S5 at LTFC were captivated by an enlightening lecture delivered by Prof. H.C. Man, the esteemed Dean of the School of Engineering at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. The purposeful organization of the talk aimed to deepen students' understanding of engineering and provide insights into university admission prerequisites, resulting in resounding success. Students actively participated in the engaging Q&A session, displaying a keen interest in the career prospects of engineering both in Hong Kong and on a global scale.

Prof. Man’s contributions to the advancement of manufacturing technologies and high-energy laser processing are indeed noteworthy. Holding 6 patents to his credit, he has rightfully earned his place among the top 2% of global scientists recognised by Stanford University.
