Heated Game of Fencing

As a school which puts great importance in sports education and the nurturing of young talents, our school is honoured to have hosted the Hong Kong Primary Schools Fencing Invitation Championships on 17 November 2024. Our school’s Multi-purpose Stadium transformed into a stage for fencing elites of numerous primary schools to shine.

The first match filled the room with immense energy from young athletes as they screamed with excitement at every touch they made. Breathing stopped among on-lookers as the final match was caught at a stagnant hold, tying at 14-14, and seconds felt like minutes.

The Fencing Championships brought valuable opportunities to our student helpers as they took up different assistant roles. They also had the chance to get to know fellow avid fencing players and engage in a passionate sports community. We would like to wish all primary fencing talents all the best as they hone their skills for years to come.
