LTFC Health Week - Friendly Basketball Match against ‘Hero’ and ‘Kidults’

Lam Tai Fai College is a place where all teachers work together to provide students with integrated experiences which promote students’ health. On 3rd November 2014, our School has organized a basketball friendly match against ‘Hero’ and ‘Kidults’ to help raise students’ awareness on regular exercising. At the end of the Match, student representatives gathered at the Open Court to sign on the Healthy School Charter, showing their commitment to maintaining a healthy lifestyle through doing regular exercise and living on a balanced diet.

‘Hero’ is composed mainly of local TV artists while ‘Kidults’ is composed mainly of teenagers. Our alumnus, Tang Tsz Hau, a former member of the HK Rowing Team and a current graphic designer, is a member of ‘Kidults’.

This Match has also marked the beginning of this year’s Health Week, in which a series of health promoting activities will be organised. The aims of the Health Week are to help students develop the habit of doing regular physical exercise and lead a healthier lifestyle.
