Congratulations to Leung Ka Wing, our Creative Fashion Design and Visual Arts graduate, and her 2 classmates for winning an all-expense-paid trip to Walt Disney Imagineering in California. Disney ImagiNations is a design competition in which students in Hong Kong are invited to apply their artistic and creative skills to creating new concepts for Disneyland.
“Monstropolis”, designed by Ka Wing and her group, won the Championship among 70 teams. This is a great opportunity for participants to showcase their talent for integrating innovative and globally diverse ideas with their passion for Disney. Ka Wing and her groupmates will have internship opportunity at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort this year. Ka Wing’s talent in Art and Design was discovered and blossomed during her studies at Lam Tai Fai College. She participated in our school’s annual fashion show every year and has been recognized as one of the budding young designers at LTFC. She is now studying Fine Arts in Savannah College of Arts and Design. Her design and efforts in fashion design have received high acclaim and were very much appreciated by professional designers and professors and high school teachers.
