In a remarkable showcase of talent, Hong Kong's fencing team delivered an outstanding performance at the Vancouver World Cup, securing coveted spots in the main competition. Notably, Ho Wai-hang, a bronze medalist at the Hangzhou Asian Games, displayed exceptional skill by emerging victorious in all six of his group-stage bouts, securing an impressive second position overall. Joining him in the main event was Fong Hoi-sun, who maintained a dominant winning streak with a commendable 4-2 record in the group stage.
