Starting the year with an encouraging announcement, our alumnus Ms Lam Ching-yan from the Hong Kong Skating Team has made extraordinary achievements at the Asian Open Short Track Speed Skating Trophy. We would like to congratulate the gold medalist of the junior A women 500m and 1500m events among 160 competitors.
Lam has begun training professionally since she first joined our supportive campus and has graduated as a motivational role model for everyone in the Lam Tai Fai family. We believe the shaping of character triumphs above everything else and her display of perseverance and humility carries forward our school’s spirit. Aiming for the 2026 Winter Olympics, her determination to progress up the ranks and reach for excellence will surely take her far.
