LTFC is the first secondary school in the Territory having Creative Fashion Design (CFD) as one of our students' Focus Area Learning and at the same time, having the Senior Secondary elective subject, Technology & Living taught in a creative, innovative and integrative context by establishing a close link between LTFC's formal school curriculum and the school-based Extended Curriculum. Nurturing talent is one of the goals of the curriculum framework, along with the balanced and all-round development of our students. In Creative Fashion Design in Junior Secondary and Technology & Living in Senior Secondary, we emphasize experimental learning and essential learning experience in which students' horizon is widened and their skill-base broadens through the exposure to aesthetic training and appreciation. Students are given the opportunities to establish a set of positive values and develop a repertoire of skills in communication & collaboration, adversity management and life appreciation, personal achievement and accomplishment for social betterment through reflective approach in portfolio learning. The macro vision of Technology & Living in LTFC is to enrich students' quality of life while the long term vision is to be an arena for budding artists and promising talents.
